What are AI credits?

AI credits are spent as your assistants and agents do work — across OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Kimi, and ElevenLabs models. Basic includes $18 of credits per month, Pro $100. On the Free plan, AI use has daily limits instead.

What happens when I use up my monthly credits?

Nothing stops abruptly — on any paid plan you can top up extra AI credits, and channel messaging beyond your monthly allowance is billed pay as you go. We send low-balance alerts ahead of time.
